Sunday 19 December 3 pm- Christmas Carol Services at PSM Lifeboathouse - carols, mince pies , mulled wine - every one welcome.

Sunday 15 August Port Erin Lifeboat Day both Port St Mary lifeboats in attendance (see Port Erin Lifeboat website for details) in the afternoon HW 1600

Sunday 1 August Port St Mary Lifeboat Day at the Alfred Breakwater, PSM. Program of events to be announced closer to the time.HW 1600

Saturday 10 July Marine Day, PSM . Trawler Race circa 1pm- see local press and notices closer the time [ postscript : trawler race on Sat & then Sunday was abandoned due to poor weather - first fog then wind ]

Saturday 3 July Lifeboat in attendance at Castletown Tin Bath Championships HW 1645

Tuesday 8 June (TT Week) Lifeboat Station Open Day station open to visitors between 12 noon and 4pm , with the Trent lifeboat alongside for viewing.

Sunday 26 July Port St Mary Lifeboat Day at the Alfred Breakwater, PSM. HW 1525 NEWS : an excellent £12,000 was raised .. thanks to all those who supported such a windy day.

Tuesday 9 June (TT) Lifeboat Station Open Day station open to visitors between 12 noon and 4pm , with the Trent lifeboat alongside for viewing.

Wednesday 6 May - PSM Ladies Guild Annual General Meeting at 8 pm in the IOMYC.

Sunday 15 Feb RAF Helicopter Exercise 0930 muster/briefing with Douglas LB -1100 Port Soderick (probably)

Friday 30 Jan RNLI National SOS appeal day

Crew sponsored dip at lifeboat slip, along with the Radio 3FM crowd at about 1300 and later a Sausage/Mash/Diddly session at the IOMYC from 8pm, tickets priced £8

Lifeboat Shop Open Week - The shop will be open from Monday 3 November to Friday 7 November 2008 for Christmas cards, 2009 calenders etc

Sat. 8 November - Lifeboat Guild Hollantide Fayre - St Mary's Church Hall from 9 am - 12 pm

Sat. 23rd August - Lifeboat in attendance at Castletown Tin Bath Championships

Sat. 9th August - Port St Mary Marine Day (ILB at Yacht Club slip 1400 to 1600)

Sun. 3rd August - Port St Mary Lifeboat Day at the Alfred Breakwater, PSM from 1pm onwards NEWS : a whopping £18,000 was raised .. thanks to all those who supported the day. Also the Lifeboat day tradition of visiting lifeboats being involved in service calls continues - Douglas lifeboat was requested to tow a yacht to Port St Mary from Langness after the yachts crew reported that their auxilary engine had overheated .
